 Advice you on documentary evidence needed to support your application and check such documents to ensure it meets the Home Office requirements.

 Inform you of our fixed fee.

 Complete the relevant application form and prepare legal arguments in support of your case citing relevant case law for effect.

 Follow up your application with the relevant authorities to ensure it is processed and dealt with within the time stipulated by law.
